[Screening process] ㅇ Step 1(Document screening) - (Review criteria) Relevancy to the recruitment field, Excellence in research achievements, Job competence, Potential for development. - (Screening Method) Based on the candidate’s average points drawn from all panel members, select applicants within three times the number of candidates than the number of openings for the next stage, candidates shall be selected in the highest average scores order (minimum average score: 80). Yet if multiple candidates have the same average score, they will al so be considered for the next stage. ※Only successful candidates will be informed for the next stage. ㅇ Step 2(Interview screening) - (Review criteria) Expertise in the recruitment area, Attitude and presentation skill, Problem-solving ability, Potential for development. - (Screening Method) Based on candidates’ average points drawn from all panel members, candidates who receive the highest average points (minimum average score: 80) are selected as final candidates for appointment. The number of final candidates will not exceed the number of openings. 결격사유
[Required qualifications] ㅇ Must be in compliance with the requirements for appointments as specified in Article 33 of the State Public Officials Act and IBS statutes. ㅇ If candidates are found to be former public officials dismissed for corruption as set forth in Article 82 of the Act on the Prevention of Corruption and the Establishment of the Anti-corruption and Civil Rights Commission, the job offer will be withdrawn. ㅇ Must have no restrictions traveling overseas. Male applicants must have completed or be exempted from compulsory military service. ㅇ Must meet the requirements by the end of the application deadline.
